Discovery PlazaDiscovery Plaza
Discovery Plaza will consist of a University wet lab research building with vivarium lab and a privately developed building for private-partner companies, including those with University research relationships. An adjacent 1,400-space parking deck will provide convenient parking.
Discovery I
Discovery I, the University building, is in the construction phase, with work having started
in fall 2006. Completion is scheduled for early 2009. It will house the
University’s world-class biomedical researchers and other scientists.
Discovery II
Discovery II is in the design and programming phase. It will house private-partner research
and office space.
The Discovery parking deck is under construction.
Private researchers working in Discovery II will be eligible to participate in the
Innovista Partners Program.
